THE ACCOMODATIONS
Every apartment is furnished with a kitchenette and includes individual Shaw high speed internet, digital cable and all utilities (water, sewer, power, heat). There is convenient parking and we maintain the lawns, remove the snow and garbage.

$1000 for one person.
1 BEDROOM MONTHLY RATES
• One Person $1,200
• Two Person $1,300
RENTING FAQS
*Damage Deposit $500 per person
We offer One Bedroom & Bachelor Suites on six month and one year terms.
Month to month options available in short supply.

Last & First Day Of Every Month Open 09:00 - 21:00
Rent Due On The First Day Of Every Month Before 21:00 Or Late Charges Will Apply.
